This page tells you exactly how fast we work, how long it takes for your awesome new NFC product to arrive, and how much it costs. Our goal is to make getting Mor simple and quick!

1. How Much Does Shipping Cost? (Clear Pricing)

Our Promise: Whether you buy a Google Review Plate for your coffee shop or a Metal Business Card for networking, shipping within Australia is completely free for you for orders $100 or more. For international destinations, shipping is free on orders over $140 AUD.

Note on International Taxes: For orders sent outside of Australia, your country may charge Import Duties or Local Taxes. These fees are not included in our price and are the responsibility of the customer.

2. How Fast Do We Work? (Processing & Customization Time)

We are serious about getting your order packed as quickly as possible. We ship everything from our main packing location in Brisbane, Queensland, Australia, in line with our commitment to local quality.

Processing Time Trigger

Our processing time begins once two key conditions are met:

  1. Payment is confirmed.
  2. For Custom Engraved Goods, Final Design Approval is Confirmed.

We cannot begin the unique engraving and printing process before this step.This is required due to the highly personalized and permanent nature of the metal engraving. Review Plates/StandsProcessing Time Starts IMMEDIATELY. These items are remotely programmable, meaning they do not require physical design approval before being packed and shipped.These items are ready for immediate fulfillment and are reprogrammed later via our 301 redirect system.

For international orders, we use Australia Post. Delivery times for the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom will vary, but we will endeavour to send this to you as soon as possible and will keep you updated.

3. How Long Will It Take To Get To You? (Delivery Times)

Once we hand your package to the carrier, these are the estimated windows for arrival. Please note that these are estimates and not strict guarantees:

Note for International Orders: Delivery times will depend on your country’s local postal service and customs clearance. We will always give you a tracking number so you can check the estimated arrival time directly.

We use Australia Post International, which then hands your package to your local national postal service (e.g., USPS in the USA, Royal Mail in the UK).

  • Selected International: 10 to 20 Business Days

Important Note on International Delays:

Once a package leaves Australia, its speed depends on your country’s Customs Clearance and the efficiency of your Local Postal Service. Factors like local strikes, weather, or high seasonal volume (like Christmas) are outside of Mor's control. We provide tracking for every order so you can see exactly where it is.

4. Following Your Order (Tracking)

As soon as your package leaves our studio, we send you an email. This email is important because it has:

  • Your unique Tracking Number.
  • A special Tracking Link you can click to see exactly where your package is right now!

If you ever get lost, don't worry! You can always send us a quick email, and we will happily look up the exact location of your parcel for you. We are here to help you get your Mor products as smoothly as possible.

What if my order is late? If your order is taking longer than the windows listed above, please check your tracking link first. If the package appears "Stuck" or "Lost," email us at hello@getmor.co. We will investigate with the carrier immediately to find a solution for you.
