Is there a monthly subscription fee?

No. You buy the hardware once, and it works. There are zero recurring costs.

How do I link it to my business?

Make sure your business is searchable on Google Maps. Use the search box above to find your business, and we program it for you. If you ordered your Google Review stand or plate and forgot to attached your business, we will reach and confirm before we ship.

What if my Google review link changes?

Navigate to the Contact us page, fill in the form to get in touch with us and we'll point your plate to the new link remotely. Same plate / stand, nothing to install. Changes to the link might take up to 24 hours to properly set (but usually a lot less).

Does it need batteries?

No batteries and no charging required. The NFC technology is powered passively by the phone.

Google Review Stand or Google Review Plate, which one do I choose?

It is entire up to your preference, both work exactly the same. Some stores prefer the stand at their Point-of-Sale area, and some prefer to have the plate and affix that to their bench or waiting area. In other cases, our clients choose to buy both to maximize their footprint and capture as many reviews as possible.
